Tomato Cucumber Salad
1 tomato, diced
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
¼ tsp. garlic salt
Mix gently. Stir in 1/3 cup
Wagon Creek Creamery Original Yogurt Cheese.

Cranberry Salad
1 can cranberry sauce
1 1/3 c. water
1 large package cherry jell-o
1 #2 can crushed pineapple (drain and reserve juice)
1 cup chopped pecans
8 oz.
Wagon Creek Creamery Original Yogurt Cheese

Place cranberry sauce in a pot with water. Whisk sauce until mixed. Bring to rolling boil for 1
minute. Add jell-o to hot mixture and stir until smooth. Add pineapple and nuts. Pour into shallow
dish and set in refrigerator until firm. Before serving, beat yogurt cheese with 2-3TBS pineapple
juice until smooth. Spread on top and serve.
