Tortilla Pinwheels 16 oz Wagon Creek Creamery Original Yogurt Cheese 4 oz. can green chilies 4 oz can chopped olives ½ cup chopped green onion garlic powder or season salt to taste (diced meat, optional) 5 flour tortillas Mix ingredients together. Spread on tortillas and roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Unwrap, slice and serve with salsa. ************************************************************************ Wagon Creek Deviled Eggs Surprise 1 dozen medium eggs ¼ cup Wagon Creek Creamery Original Yogurt Cheese ¼ cup Dijon mustard 4 Tbsp Wagon Creek Creamery Butter (lightly salted) 1 tsp lemon juice ¼ tsp cayenne pepper Salt Freshly ground white pepper Paprika Boil eggs for 15 minutes. Turn off and cover for 15 minutes. Drain the eggs and run cool water over them until completely cooled. Peel eggs and cut in half length wise. Remove the yolk and run through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl. Add Yogurt Cheese, mustard, and butter; mix until smooth. Stir in the lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill the egg whites and then sprinkle paprika on them. Chill for a couple of hours and then serve. ************************************************************************ Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes Slice off top of cherry tomatoes. Scoop out pulp. Fill with garlic or jalapeno yogurt cheese. Top with sprig of parsley or slice of olive. ************************************************************************ Home |
